Our team of therapists, instructors and support staff are here to look after our clients. They share Hope Meadows' values of authenticity, connection, and professionalism, and they are committed to excellence in their work.
Our whole team is trained in first aid, safeguarding, and has a clean DBS check. We are insured and licensed, and we have lots of policies and risk assessments in place to keep all humans and animals safe, which are updated every year and are available to clients on request.

Our horses are a valued part of our staff team and we ensure they are treated with care and respect at all times. They receive regular physiotherapy, reiki, annual dentistry, and 6-weekly farriery. They live outdoors 24/7 in a herd as much as possible, which is key for their emotional and physical wellbeing.
