Getting Support

Many people find it helpful to visit Hope Meadows before committing to anything. You're very welcome to come along to meet the herd and ask any questions. You can arrange a short visit using the "Book a Session" button in the top right hand corner of this page.

Therapy sessions all start with an initial assessment, which you can book online using "Book a Session", or by contacting us. This is a chance for us to understand you a little better, and for you to experience what working with us is like. From there, we'll talk with you about which therapist feels like the best fit to support you. If you feel ready, we will then book you in for ongoing sessions with that therapist.

 

For Alternative Provision

We understand that families and schools navigating alternative provision are often doing so at a point of real stress. We aim to make this process as clear and easy as possible.

Send an initial enquiry using the contact box on the alternative provision page or via the details below. Then we'll send across a referral form to help us understand the young person's background, needs, and what you're hoping this placement might offer them. This is straightforward to complete and helps us make sure we're the right fit.

Once we've received the form, we'll invite you — and where appropriate, the young person — to visit the site. If things feel right, we'll continue to arrange the placement. Young people can also come along for a trial session, just to check they're happy and comfortable with us.
