Train & Develop
If you're working with other humans - or both horses and humans - in any capacity, having access to high quality supervision and training is likely to be a vital part of your professional development.
At Hope Meadows, our senior team members offer spaces for reflection, learning and growth. All our work is informed by psychological theory and research, but is hands-on and experiential at its core, to make the most of our unique setting
and equine partners.
Whether you're a leader who wants to more deeply understand your impact on others, a therapist who would like to incorporate horses into therapeutic work, or a practitioner looking for supervision, these services give you a space where
you can start growing towards your potential.
For those who are ready to level up their leadership, but keep getting stuck with the traditional methods. Leadership isn't a trait or a skill that's learned, it's way of being in relationship with others. Our equine-assisted development programme supports you to step into a leadership relationship that's based on mutual trust, respect, and influence. It combines equine-assisted group sessions, coaching and (optional) therapy to help give you the conditions for real change and growth.
Let us help you to help others. We're passionate about growing the field of equine-assisted practice and that means investing in the people who deliver it. Whether you're taking your first steps into equine-assisted work or deepening an existing practice, our training is ethical, grounded in theory, and draws on our lived experience of delivering this approach.
Supervision and reflective spaces are an invaluable resource if you're holding complex dynamics, whether that's clinically, in a classroom, or in equine assisted services more widely. We have a range of professionals who can offer you space to process, learn, and develop your practice.
