Unique Support for Leaders and Their Teams
We work with leaders and teams who want more than a training day.

Working alongside our herd of horses, we create conditions for the kind of insight that's hard to reach any other way. It's honest, embodied, and lasting. Horses respond to presence, not job titles. That makes them extraordinarily effective at highlighting the patterns shaping how your people lead, connect, and work together.

We offer two ways to work with us: a Team Wellbeing Day for groups who want a meaningful shared experience, and our Leadership Programme for individuals ready for deeper, sustained development over six months.

If you're looking for something that actually shifts things, we'd love to talk.
Our Facilitators
The people who lead this work bring something you won't find in most leadership development programmes — a genuine meeting of psychological depth, embodied practice, and hard-won experience of leading through the messy, uncertain reality of organisational life. Between them, Emily, Beth and Sara have worked with hundreds of individuals across sectors, held spaces that required real courage, and navigated change from the inside.

Dr Emily Walters is a Counselling Psychologist who has spent the last six years leading Hope Meadows. She thrives at the intersection of relationship, embodied belonging, and human potential. She brings both deep psychological understanding and lived leadership experience to this programme, and a genuine belief that the most important development happens when people feel safe enough to be honest.

Beth Fuller brings together life coaching, counselling, and yoga practice, not as separate disciplines, but as a coherent understanding of how people function and grow. Having led in education and now heading up our Alternative Provision, she knows what it takes to reach people that conventional approaches have missed. She brings that same creativity and care to her work with leaders.

Sara McIver is a Clinical Animal Behaviourist who has spent her career guiding organisations through change, particularly where there's resistance, uncertainty, or entrenched ways of doing things. She understands how systems behave under pressure, and how to move people through difficulty without leaving them behind.

Team Wellbeing Events
We offer team wellbeing experiences designed to help teams reset, reflect, reconnect, and recharge. Set outdoors and grounded in a calm, natural environment, these sessions include meaningful, hands-on time with our horses. You can use this time to explore communication, presence, and connection through unique experiences with our herd.
Sessions are energising, reflective, and a little different from the norm, making them ideal for teams who are open-minded and curious.
Optional elements such as guided yoga or mindfulness can also be included, depending on your group’s interests.
We will design a bespoke offer based on your group size and requirements. Get in touch to discuss how we can meet your team's unique needs.
