Client Case Manager

I've worked with Hope Meadows since the start. For several years as a Counsellor, now as Client Case Manager, which involves coordinating support for the family and liaising with schools.

I also run the home education group on a Friday, and support a few young people on a 1:1 basis. I have a wealth of experience working with young people, and have a specialist interest in those with Autism or other additional needs.
